By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or registering for any session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation or group, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or submitting personal information through this website.

Provido provides general-information sessions, workshops, and planning events relating to retirement and pension matters in Thailand. Our three current session types are:

• Community Information Seminar — a group talk covering common questions and official resources (฿3,850 per place).
• Pension System Information Workshop — a plain-language educational session on Thailand's retirement frameworks (฿7,000 per place).
• Pre-Retirement Planning Session — a reflective group workshop on lifestyle, budgeting habits, and timelines (฿11,200 per place).

All services are provided on a group, educational basis only. Sessions are conducted in English and are presently available in-person at locations in Bangkok. Availability is subject to scheduling and minimum group sizes. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

When using our website or attending our sessions, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting enquiries or registering.
• Attend sessions punctually and engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants.
• Not record, photograph, or reproduce session materials without prior written consent from Provido.
• Not use our website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.
• Not attempt to gain access to any restricted areas of our systems or introduce harmful code of any kind.
• Not misrepresent the information shared in our sessions as constituting professional advice in regulated fields.
• Not share session login credentials or access details with individuals who have not registered.

All content produced, compiled, or distributed by Provido — including session materials, slide decks, handouts, website text, graphics, and the Provido name and logo — remains the intellectual property of Provido or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use session materials solely for your own private reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any Provido content without our prior written consent.

Pricing. All session fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Prices are confirmed at the time of registration and are subject to change for future bookings.

Payment. Payment methods and timing will be confirmed in your booking confirmation. Full payment is typically required prior to attendance.

Cancellation by you. If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us at least five (5) business days before the scheduled session date. Cancellations received within this window may be eligible for a credit toward a future session at our discretion. We regret that no refund or credit is available for cancellations received fewer than five business days before the session, or for non-attendance on the day.

Cancellation by us. If Provido is required to cancel or reschedule a session for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund of fees paid or a transfer to an alternative date. We will not be liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result of such cancellation.

Educational nature. All Provido sessions are purely educational and informational in character. Nothing discussed or distributed during a session constitutes financial, legal, tax, or any other regulated professional advice. Participants are encouraged to consult appropriately qualified professionals for guidance specific to their own circumstances.

Group format. Sessions are conducted for groups and are not one-to-one appointments. Individual questions may be addressed in general terms; personal circumstances cannot be assessed or commented upon during sessions.

Session conduct. Provido reserves the right to ask any participant who disrupts a session or behaves inappropriately to leave, without entitlement to a refund.

Materials. Reference handouts provided during sessions are for personal use only. Provido retains all rights in such materials.

Our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Provido makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information shared in our sessions or published on our website.
• The suitability of general information for any individual's specific situation.
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website.

Pension-related regulations, fund structures, and governmental policies change over time. We endeavour to reflect current information but cannot warrant that all content remains up to date at the time of any particular session or website visit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Provido and its staff, facilitators, and associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services or website, or your reliance on any information shared during our sessions.

In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Provido, its staff, and its associates from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your misuse of our services or content, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Provido may decline to accept or fulfil a registration, or may request that a participant leave a session, if we reasonably believe that these terms have been or are likely to be breached, or if attendance would disrupt the experience of other participants.

You may choose not to register for further sessions at any time. Existing payment obligations for sessions already booked remain in effect.

Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

Governing law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Informal resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly in the first instance. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to address your concern within five business days.

Mediation. If informal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to consider good-faith mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Entire agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Provido in relation to your use of our services and website.

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in future.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or best practice. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
